Chef William Hall, Sous Chef, is a culinary school graduate and a Michigan native. A father of three, Chef William gleaned much of his culinary style and interests from his travels to many cities worldwide. His fondest memories from those travels almost always revolved around the native cuisines. One of the reasons he entered into the culinary field was his ability to make an experience more memorable. This is also one reason why he strives for excellence every day in an effort to help make great culinary experiences and long lasting memories.
