Chef Jorge Perez, Executive Sous Chef

Chef Jorge Perez, Executive Sous Chef, was born in Panama and was a graduate of Collegio La Salle in Panama City and La Salle Military Academy in New York. His journey led him to Midland Michigan where he attended Delta College, initially pursuing a degree in architecture. After working at Holiday inn, his passion for the culinary industry began to develop as he rose through the kitchen brigade eventually earning the Executive Chef position. He initially joined the Warwick hills staff in 1999 as a Sous Chef under Chef Mike Dowdy. After several years he ventured out into other local area establishments, acquiring additional culinary skills. Inevitably he returned back to Warwick to assume his role as Executive Sous Chef and aid in the development of a new culture of culinary excellence. His passion lies in training aspiring cooks and chefs and setting the standards that continually elevates our cuisine.
